Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping Times

​Shipping times are estimated and depend on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped, allowing you to track your delivery's progress.

 

Shipping Charges

​Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, shipping destination, and chosen shipping method. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

 

Signature Requirement

For your protection, we require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will not be left unattended.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Guarantee

​We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase date.

 

To initiate a return

1. Contact our customer support team at info@divinescents.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.


2. Package your return securely, including all original product packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.


3. Ship the return to the address provided with your RA number.

Return Conditions

·     Returns must be in new, unused condition. 

·     Products must be returned in their original packaging.

·     You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

 

Refund Process

​Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
